Our Development
The Tramway Heights Development is a modern residential complex comprising four blocks โ 77, 83, 89, and 93 โ plus ground floor commercial and communal spaces. The development offers high-quality apartment living with access to shared amenities.
The Residents Association works closely with our property factor to maintain the development to the highest standard, managing everything from common repairs to landscaping and security infrastructure.

The Tramway Heights Resident Association (THRA) is a voluntary organisation run by and for the residents of the development. The THRA represents the collective interests of all residents and owners, working alongside the property factor to ensure the development is well maintained and that residents' voices are heard.
Membership is open to all residents, owners and landlords. The Association meets quarterly, with extraordinary meetings called when necessary. All financial decisions above a threshold require a member vote.
